Beevora: Career Development and Opportunities Platform

Beevora is a career development social enterprise founded by Abibat Sunbola. It grew out of BeebaTalks, a career education and opportunity-sharing community that began in 2020, and was formally incorporated in 2026. Its mission is to help African professionals move from survival jobs to meaningful careers through three commitments: Access, Clarity and Growth.

LibertyEdge designed and built the Beevora website and web platform. It brings together everything the organisation previously did across social media and spreadsheets in one trusted place:

• Opportunities board with verified jobs, internships, scholarships, fellowships, grants and competitions, each reviewed by a human before it goes live.

• Career services for individuals (coaching, CV and LinkedIn optimisation, interview preparation, learning) and for organisations (employability programmes, workshops, employer partnerships, sponsored community programmes).

• Free career resources that visitors can download, such as guides on job searching, evaluating job offers and CV shortlisting.

• Provider submission portal where employers, universities and foundations can post an opportunity for free and have it reviewed within 48 hours.

• Impact and story pages that present the problem, the Access, Clarity, Growth model, community testimonials, SDG 4 and SDG 8 alignment, and a downloadable Impact and Traction Brief.

• Community and newsletter tools that connect visitors to the 1,300+ member community and a weekly opportunities newsletter, with clear consent and privacy messaging.

The result is a fast, mobile-friendly platform that makes the brand credible to both job seekers and institutional partners.

Across Nigeria and other African markets, many students, graduates and early-career professionals struggle to find trusted opportunities, understand recruitment processes and make informed career decisions. Beevora's community had grown to over 1,300 members through social media, but opportunities, resources and partnership requests were scattered across posts, forms and messages. The organisation needed a single, credible home that could present its services, publish verified opportunities consistently and give employers and sponsors a clear way to work with it.

We built a complete website and web platform around Beevora's Access, Clarity and Growth model. Job seekers can browse and filter verified opportunities, download free career resources and request career support. Organisations can submit opportunities through a structured form with a human review step, or enquire about employability programmes and partnerships. Dedicated impact, about and services pages tell the organisation's story and show its alignment with UN SDG 4 and SDG 8. The platform was built to be fast and easy to maintain so the Beevora team can keep publishing content without developer help.

Beevora now has a live, professional home at beevoralimited.com that supports a community of members and showcases verified opportunities shared. The platform gives employers a free, reviewed route to publish opportunities within 48 hours, offers free downloadable career resources, and presents the organisation's impact story and Impact and Traction Brief to partners and funders. It positions Beevora as a credible social enterprise aligned with UN SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth).
